About Service
Account Setup and System Synchronization - We grant you access to our WMS system and synchronize with your online shop via our API. As soon as you get your sale we automatically receive notification and prepare your order to be sent to your customer right away. We synchronize with all major online platforms such as Amazon, Еbay, Shopify, Еtsy, BigCommerce, Мagento, Walmart, etc.
Order Tracking - We provide you with the tracking numbers of all your orders, so that you can trace them all the way to the order delivery. We are integrated with all the major delivery services, such as USPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc.
Return management - We work with returns, we provide you with the return reports, including photos, and proceed as per your request.
How it works
We receive your goods at our warehouse in the USA
We integrate with your marketplace and receive shipping orders on sold items automatically (integration is not obligatory)
We fulfill and ship your orders on the same day, if they were received until 11:00 am
We work with returns from your clients, inspect them and prepare for resale
